Genya Fleischer

Genya Fleischer graduated from Pharmacy College in 1981 and worked as a pharmacist for 3 years before continuing her studies at the Southern School of Natural Therapies. She graduated in 1991 as an accredited naturopath. In the next few years her work emphasis gradually shifted from pharmacy to clinical naturopathy. In 1998 Genya established Caulfield Natural Health Clinic as a sole practitioner.

Recognising her community needs and interest in alternative care modalities encouraged Genya to move into a bigger environment to accommodate her vision of a multidisciplinary clinic.

Meanwhile Genya has expanded her interest in Chinese Medicine, completing a Master degree in Acupuncture at RMIT. She is a fellow of Australian Natural Therapy Association (ANTA), Victorian Acupuncture Association (VAA), and Pharmaceutical Society.

Genya’s interests lie in managing weight problems, emotional imbalances, migraines, hormonal problems, women’s health, and musculoskeletal pain and discomfort. She has particular passion for nutrition and dietary management as a primary tool for long lasting wellbeing.

Genya’s services are recognised with most private health insurance companies (e.g. Medibank Private, HBA, NIB, Australian Unity, etc.) and WorkCover.

Gavin Brand

Gavin graduated from the Australian College Of Natural Medicine with a degree in Naturopathy (BHSc) and diplomas in herbal medicine and nutrition. Since then he has undertaken numerous advanced courses in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Homotoxicology, Biomesotherapy and Biopuncture. He has also had extensive experience in sports medicine and fitness training.

Specialising in sports nutrition, body composition management, weight loss, Gavin utilises cutting edge technological testing and analysis techniques to achieve the best results for his patients. His ultimate aim being to educate and empower clients to maintain optimal health, fitness and vitality once they have reached their goals.

Although his passion lies in fitness and body composition, Gavin has also had extensive experience in successfully treating digestive, mental-emotional, muscular-skeletal, male and female health, pain and inflammatory conditions and immune disorders.

Dr. Daniella Zampierollo

Dr Zampierollo graduated from RMIT with a double degrees in Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Clinical Science) and Bachelor of Osteopathic Science. She has been a valued member of the Australia Osteopathic Association for many years. Dr Zampierollo has a passion for fitness, sports, nutrition and healthy living. She is currently completing her certificate III in fitness and she will then continue to complete her certificate IV in fitness.

She has a keen interest in sporting injuries, shoulder and hip pain, headaches and migraines as well as TMJ pain (jaw pain). She has a keen interest in the treatment of children, behavioral problems and growing pains. Clinical experience has lead to extensive exposure to pregnancy, women’s health, menstrual pain, pelvic floor weakness. To optimize the greatest benefit for the patient she is consistently attending seminars and workshops.

To compliment her treatments Dr Zampierollo has undertaken a dry needling and cupping course. Dry needling is a highly effective pain free modality to reduce pain. It helps to reduce acute and chronic pain and muscle tension to assist and optimize the overall benefits of her osteopathic treatment.

Dr. Sandra Buchanan

Dr. Sandra Buchanan graduated as valedictorian of her year from RMIT University in 2000 with Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Clinical Sicence) and Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and is a member of the Chiropractic Association of Australia. Dr. Buchanan is accredited  with TAC, WorkCover and Veterans Affairs. In order to remain accredited, a program of regular continuing education is required. For patients with an EPC referral from their GP, patients are able to claim 5 bulk-billed appointments through Medicare. And those patients with with HBA or MBF Extras Private Health Insurance are able to receive higher rebates due to Dr. Sandra Buchanan being a registered provider with those companies.

Dr. Buchanan has done further study in pediatrics and has helped many tiny babies and children. Dr Buchanan also uses the Webster technique for pregnant women whose babies are breech.

Chiropractic care is fabulous for overall health care and can include benefits such as improved posture, better sleep, and treatment of headaches, migraines, low back pain, shoulder, hip, knee, shoulder and wrist complaints.

Zhanna Khortik

Zhanna is qualified in Shiatsu Massage, Bowen Therapy, Relaxation and Remedial Massage, Holistic Beauty Therapy, Toyahari (Japanese Acupuncture Meridian Therapy), Hypnotherapy, Energy Healing.

Her main goal is to help clients to achieve a balance on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.

Zhanna incorporates her knowledge and 18 years of experience in treatment of acute and chronic conditions, neck, shoulder and back pain, headaches, muscle spasms, respiratory problems, anxiety and phobias.

Zhanna is a member of Australian Massage Association and International Toyahari Association. She is currently continuing her studies in Meridian Therapy with masters from Japan.

SHANEE FLEISCHER

Shanee Fleischer Graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2004 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Since then she has worked in Melbourne and in the United Kingdom in a variety of health care settings, including Acute and Rehabilitation hospitals where she has gained experience in post operative care and rehabilitation. In addition to this she has worked in private clinics, and as a fitness instructor for pregnant and post natal women.

Since graduating she has developed a keen interest in the treatment of musculoskeletal complaints, including back and neck pain as well as sporting injuries. She is also passionate about incorporating exercise prescription into her treatment of acute and chronic problems .

Shanee has attended various courses since graduating, including a dry needling course. In addition she has completed a Clinical Pilates course with Dance Medicine Australia and routinely incorporates this into her management of sports and spinal complaints.
