Passover is just around the corner, and many of you are probably looking for new recipes to try. Here is one of Genya’s delicious flourless chocolate cakes!! It won’t disappoint!!  Enjoy

Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Use spring tin 23cm, greased

Ingredients

6 eggs , 4 separated
175 g sugar
125g butter
250 g dark chocolate
1 orange rind
2 tbs orange liquor

Glaze
300g dark chocolate
125 ml cream
1/2 milk
1 tbs sugar
1 tbs soft butter

Beat 4 egg whites with 100g sugar until stiff
Beat 2 whole eggs and 4 yolks with 75g sugar, add melted chocolate and butter ( cooled)
Orange rind and liquor.
Add gently egg whites
Bake for 35-40 min till cake risen and cracked centrally
Cool and spread chocolate cream on top ( can use heated cream
Beaten cream and on top drizzle chocolate
